Ingredients...
...1 1/2 tbs. white vinegar
...1/2 tsp. salt
...1/8 tsp. garlic powder
...1 tbs. powdered sugar
...1 cup oil (you can use any kind you want. I used vegetable because it's all I had on hand)

Directions...
Place egg, salt, garlic powder and powdered sugar in bowl. Wisk until well combined. Slowly pour oil in while wisking quickly. Continue wisking until oil is mixed well.
The Verdict...
I positively couldn't believe how good this tasted! I completely prefer it to store bought now! I haven't done up any cost comparisons yet, but I'm eager to see how it compares!

I tried making mayonnaise a few months ago and I loved it too. It is really easy once you get the hang of it and tastes better than store bought. My recipe is a little bit different from yours and I use a stick blender instead of a whisk but I may try yours out to see if I like it better.
My recipe originally calls for a food processor to mix it, but mine bit the big one right as I got everything in it. So I just transferred to a bowl and wisked. I do have a stick blender though, I will definetely have to try that out next time! Thanks!
